I love pizza hotline.
I grew up in Carlisle and the best day of school was PIZZA HOTLINE DAY (aka Fridays!)
I recently introduced my bf to their Pizza and he thinks its HANDS-DOWN the best he's ever had!

I am not really aware of the inside of the store, nor have I ever had a problem with the staff.
(Spelling CARLISLE is a very common mistake lots of people make and the comment below is very friggin petty... js). This shouldn't be the beef with the hotline. A bit prudish, there.

Pizza Hotline has a nice staff. The driver is awesome!
They always cook and pack our food perfectly (because we're those guys who order hoagies w/out the bun!) lol They never get short with us and never act like they don't wanna serve us.

The Hotline for the win! :P

Pizza Hotline has the best calzone I have ever tasted. I get the 'Hawaiian' (ham & pineapple).
Perfect!

The food is always good, however it's disappointing that they don't have a deep fryer. Regardless, the garlic bread, calzones and hotline ham are always good. The one problem I do have is that the inside of the restaurant is disgusting. The place is dirty. They have two highchairs that look like they are from 1960 and haven't been so much as wiped down since then as well. They have a local school decor inside that would be okay if it were done with any class at all, but two years ago when I first went in I alerted the manager to the fact that one of the school signs in the restaurant actually had the school name spelled incorrectly! LOL Last week I went in to pick up food (because I can't stomach to eat inside) and I noticed that sign still hasn't been changed. They have ceiling tiles falling and water stained, mismatched chairs and so many more problems. They seriously need a remodel and to hire marketing firm. The food is good, they'd probably triple business if they had a clue how to represent themselves.

Never have I heard of an OWNER telling a customer to not call back again because they were following up on a delivery that has taken over 1.25 hours to arrive..... Was hung up on when calling about the status. Angie SMith (owner) doesn't care about keeping loyal customers. She gladly tells you to never call back again
