This cafe can turn out a good sandwich but they are extremely inconsistent! We are stuck on the fairgrounds for two weeks and ate here several times. The first day we ordered french dip sandwiches. They left out the au juice and we were across the grounds at a trade show so ate it as was. The next time we specifically reminded them of the au juice. They forgot the pickle but did put the juice in. It tasted like pure cooking oil with a couple of onion pieces floating. I thought it was a mistake. The third time we requested to taste the juice but the cook proudly proclaimed he had made it fresh that morning out of oil and some onions. Yew. Au juice is the juice of the roast where I come from, not cooking oil. Oklahoma thing? Yesterday we gave up on the french dip and tried a different sandwich which was good but the cold slaw was basically a white milky mixture with cabbage floating in it. They make excellent soups but not every day.
