I used to eat at Pho’nomenal AT LEAST once a week when I was in OKC for the summer and Christmas holidays. They were always willing to substitute tofu for chicken in anything I ordered—usually Kung Pao chicken or cashew chicken. Both dishes had lots of vegetables. They were also very friendly about tofu substitution. I had planned to meet many friends there for lunch this summer. However, they have narrowed their menu, cutting out both of my favorites. They offer few dishes that are heavy on vegetables and they are no longer friendly about tofu substations.
