This was the worst experience I have ever had. Our food came at different times. I ordered steak medium well and when I cut into it, it was raw. I told the waitress I'd rather have something else so I ordered catfish. It was burnt and the inside was very watery and very fishy tasting. When I told the waitress this she said a lot of people order it and it's always like that. Uh, yuck! It was all completely disgusting. Also, my son's grilled cheese was cold. The waitress was very nice in the beginning but she was not very attentive. I think she knew the food was bad and she was too afraid to even come and ask how everything was. The manager did come to our table and she did agree the steak was raw and the catfish was burnt. The cooks told her they pressed the wrong button on the deep dryer. Unacceptable! If they knew they did, they should have never served it to us! The worst part is they were still going to make us pay for it! We told her there's no way we were paying for it. Plus, I didn't eat anything but a few fries that I salvaged from the blood running out of the steak and cole slaw. The manager ended up taking care of out check for us. Wait, here's the worst part, the ladies bathroom has cockroaches! I was scared to put my purse and diaper bag on the floor. This was my first time at Cheddar's and I'll never go back!
