My husband and I love the food from pizzas, to salads, to pastas. It’s hard making a decision sometimes, it’s always good

I was extremely unhappy. Pizza was amazing. Got salads and steak said ribeye and it was steakums. Chicken salad was lunchmeat chicken. The pizza was amazing though... Very unsatisfied with the salads..

The place has went down hill, food still taste great but the service is terribly due to only 1 waitress all the time, my husbands food always comes out before mine (he gets a salad I get I get stuffed shells) he is done eating before my food or the appetizers make it to the table. I can say it’s not my favorite place any longer.

Garlic knots and the Sicilian za are unbeatable!! Not a deep dish (chicago native), but for western Pa - A DANG FINE PIE! It appears there is a new cook or someone complained that there was too much garlic on the knots, so they reduced the garlic - big mistake....it is the first word of the item - GARLIC knots, not bread with some garlic.

We have been enjoying napoli pizza for over 30 years. The last two times they were truly pitiful!!! The sauce came nowhere near the edges and only 8 pieces of pepperoni!!! How sad such a good place turned so horrid.

I have always had very good service and the sauce is the best! Even the more upscale places always have sauce that taste like Ragu. Napoli sauce tastes like it's been simmering on grandma's stove all day! Love it!

Napoli is the place to go if you like awful food with awful service....Horrible since place was sold to new owners....If you want real pizza..go to Police Station Pizza in Ambridge, its the difference between steak and dog food!!!

Food is very good however staff isnt.......one of the employees that works there doesn't like me and purposely did not give me sauce with my breadsticks.....then when I called about it she hung up on me!!!

Napoli's Pizza in the Northern Lights Shopping Center, Baden, PA.
I just ordered 3 large pizza which costed me $40.6?. When I got it home I could not believe my eyes. There is more toppings on a generic frozen pizza than there was on any of these 3 pizzas. I called and ended up talking with the manager and he told me that he made the pizza himself and that there was a lot of toppings on the pizza. I told him that he should be embarrassed that he would let a pizza that looked like that be sent out of his shop. I counted the pepperoni on a large pizza and there was 17 pieces, the large pizza of sausage there was 14 pieces and for the half large bacon maybe 4 tbsp. Unbelievable Pizza and he was a terrible manager. WILL never go back to them again.
I even have pictures to prove it. I wish I could post them!!
