I have always enjoyed THEOS Great service, delicious food, xing environment where one can relax and enjoy an evening with never feeling rushed to leave. Service is excellent.

Both owners were rude and aggressive. They did not care that we waited 30 minutes for our first drink (and that we waited 20 mins for a table despite our reservation made the day before) because according to the waitress they were our of wine glasses. We then waited 1.5 hours for our food. One of our meals, the grouper special, came out with a tough skin and several bones. Another meal, lobster ravioli had several shell pieces in it. Then, while we are eating, our waitress decides she's going to move tables around us and vacuum. When we approached the hostess and owner (standing with her) with our concerns they raised their voices at us and offered no compensation. Then, the other owner (male) came out and also yelled, put his hands in my face (a 30 year old female) and told us to, "get the hell out!" We were very calm and respectful and did not appreciate this treatment after we spent over $200 on food and wine. The female owner said, "do you want a $100 gift card or not?" They literally did not care about our poor sevice. Why would we want to come back to a restaurant that treated us so poorly?! Meanwhile, several servers and the hostess stared and giggled from a nearby table. Our waitress snidely told us to have a good night. We will NEVER go back, and advise you never go there as well. Unless of course you enjoy rude diner-style service with owners yelling and throwing you out for eating in their craptastic establishment and servers with attitudes larger than their skill set.
