We were so disapointed in our visits latley that we will no longer be taking our empoyee's there, or going by ourselves. The food is good, and the service is decent. Our problem is with the very tense atmosphere. It is apparent that the staff pretty much hate the managment there, and feel very stuck. There is no team there just people trying to make it through the day, and stay out of the way of the Manager, and Assiatant Manager. The whole atmosphere changes there when these two people arrive. We have witnesses the Manager yelling at and degrating her staff, in front of other staff and patrons. She is rude,out of line,a true HR issue and I am surprised that there have been no changes in Managment there. We witnessed the Assistant Manager one evening scam a man who was clearly intoxicated out of a 125% tip. We have seen people working in harmony, getting along great and working well with each other, until the Manager arrives, and within minutes, all HELL breaks loose and the whole place is upside down. As owners of our own company who know the importance for treating our staff with Dignity, Respect and making a great atmosphere for them we are discouraged that this treatment is allowed. I cant believe that the company has not been affected by the rate of turn over there. I know in the just the past two years we have seen at least 12 different cooks, and many servers. We have meet other people there as well that have the same complaints we have, and said they have complained but it worthless. To those people that work there, in those conditions, we applaud your dedication. To bad Corporate doesn't. We hope you all get the Managers you deserve, you work to hard to be treated this way.

I've had meals at this Jerry's Restaurant for at least 30 years. Lately the food is much, much better than I ever remember it before. Thanks for that, Jerry's management and staff!!

I ate at your dinner this week. The food was very bad. I don't like the fact you want to cut ham stake or charge me more.the one in globe is 5 times better.

It was disappointment, I had a tuna melt I had to eat with a fork, the bread was soggy and nothing tasted very good.
