The worst restaurant ive ever experience in my life...Terrible food, nothing connected to lebenese kitchen.over priced and no taste,i drove from braintree ma for a lebanese taste but it turns out to be the worst $62 i ever spent on 2 plates with no drinks.

I went to Opa on Friday and I had the chicken wings. They were amazing!...they came with a tangy/lemon flavored dipping sauce. I also had a few drinks ALLLL which were GREAT. First time going there and I will be returning soon.

I liked the restaurant, what i didnt like was the disorganization and lack of service. When you first entered the restaurant you were in a very open space with a hefty draft coming from the door. The menus were grossly placed in a childs high chair(think of all the germs)and then placed on the table so that the patron could select their meal. Restaurant need alot of attention to detail so that thier delicious food deserves a return visit

Had dinner with friends at the new OPA in Federal Hill, Providence. Absolutely fabulous ambience, service by staff, and food was exceptional and very authentic Lebanese. Best place on Atwells!

I was there last evening: GREAT! The owners are really personable, she actually looks a little like Sofia Loren, and her gorgeous painting is over the table we sat at. But don't go there for the painting or the atmostphere (honestly, the room is a little cluttered and drab....). The food is the star. Have the chef's tasting meal for $35 a person: it's amazing. The best grilled calamari I have ever eaten. Baba ganoush was still warm, it was so fresh! Amazing kafta, lamb, beef...the bird's nest...can't say enough about the food or the staff. Just go....you won't be sorry!

We went on a Wednesday evening with the whole family...WOW!!! The dishes were tasty and the employees were so nice and accommodating...especially after my 2 year old precious girl spilled a filled beverage. The Opa team with smiles on their faces reset the table and encouraged us to enjoy our dining experience. And when I say tasty, trust me...We're from Newport where restaurants are plentiful. We were looking for something different and we were pleasantly surprised with a wonderful meal at a friendly restaurant. Thanks Opa.

I love this restaurant! A great gem on the Hill. The food is awesome. I love the "Opa Salad" it is really filling. It is good to have a restaurant with tasty healthy choices.

The food, service and prices were outstanding!!! For appetizers our group shared the grilled calamari, birds in the nest and hummus. Everything was excellent. I'm usually not a big grilled calamari fan because it tends to be tough, but this wasn't, nice and tender and a great flavor. For entrees our group had the filet au poivre (better than what i've had at Capitol Grille and Abe and Loui's), Lamb steaks again excellent, and 2 pasta dishs. All were great. Unfortunately we didn't have any room for desert. For wine we had a Shiraz that was outstanding, can;t remember the name. The service was great, not rushed and unintrusive. We will be going 2-3 times a month. Great restaurant!!!

salmon was cooked to perfection! All the sauces were very tasty! The pesto on the pasta was just right! Calamari was great; but the Bird's Nest was one of our favorites! The owner served us: she was fantastic, made some great suggestions for wine to compliment the meal! Comfortable, nice to sit outside on a beautiful night.

I hear the food is good, but I really LOATHE OPA because i wish they'd be respectful learn to TURN DOWN THEIR MUSIC after midnight instead of turning it up so that people who need to live near them can listen to TV or relax and not hear bass thumping all night long when they go to sleep to wake up early for their real jobs.

Small and casual. Sangria was weak only two small pieces of pineapple core; no lemon, orange or apples? Hummus was excellent the best I have ever had. Lamb was excellent very tasty as was the au poix. Very good service. Not much of a wine list pretty boring. Mojito was lack luster tasted like sour lemonade with very little mint flavor not much rum either for $8. Overall good food and srevice. Ditch the bartender and get someone who can make a drink.

We had a fine meal here - food was excellent, especially the grilled calimari. Smoked salmon alfredo was a big hit. The atmosphere is that of a small family restaurant with friend and family coming and going throughout the evening. Opa iis an unpretentious pearl on Federal Hill. We'll go back often!

The service was polite, effecient, frienly and accommodating. the food is sooo delicious. Both Middle Eastern and other dishes were served with flare, piping hot. All tastes are authentic and mouth-watering. The atmosphere is romantic and cozy.
