Bored with the same, old, cookie cutter food at chain eateries, the original owners of Rosalini’s set out to forge a better path in 2008. Rosalini’s was created with the intention of serving up fresh, creative dishes of everyone’s favorites in a family-friendly atmosphere. It was this purpose that attracted us, Greg and Tara Brelinsky, to take ownership in December 2015.
Greg’s love for food developed as a child assisting his mother in the kitchen. He spent his teen years working his way up from dish washer to cook in New Jersey restaurants. After serving as a food service specialist (aka cook) in the US Army right out of high school, Greg attended The Culinary Institute in Hyde Park, NY.
Childhood sweethearts, we married shortly after his graduation and together made North Carolina our home. Greg continued to work in kitchens until his own dining room table began to fillup with hungry bellies. He devoted the next 15 years to creating delicious, wholesome meals for our growing family of eight children.
Now that our oldest sons have ventured out in pursuit of their vocations, we’ve started considering new possibilities. Greg and I wanted to find a family business that could both provide for our household and offer us the continuing opportunity to stay close to the children. Rosalini’s Pizza and Subs was the answer. Not only can Greg renew his passion for cooking, our children can exercise their own budding interests in business and the culinary arts.
As the proprietors of Rosalini’s, our mission is to serve you like you’re family.

Great pizza, if you like your crust soggy. It was so bad we couldn't eat it, which is a shame because until recently they had great food. No idea what happened, but we're having peanut butter sandwiches tonight after spending $20 for pizza.

After 44 yrs, I have to admit this is one tasty pizza joint.
My favorite is a tie between the meat lovers and a simple pepperoni, mushroom & cheese. I really love the way the crust is cooked. its like all buttery and crunchy..
I have found a new home when it comes to ordering a pizza!! A+++++

Great pizza! They are really good about piling on the toppings, including the cheese. The topping that we always get is the mushrooms, and wouldn't you know they are actually real not canned. So yummy! The crust is good too, like a hand tossed. The sauce is very garlicky, and leaves a strong garlic after taste so if you don't like garlic this might not be the pizza for you.

Wonderful pizza. Nice people. Fantastic value. They don't skimp on toppings. I eat there often and have recommended it to lots of folks.
