Terrible service. You would think at 2:30 pm and very few people in the restaurant the service would be better. Nope. No refill. Didn't see the server until ticket was handed to us. Food was not great. Very disappointing.

We go here on occasion and have always been happy with service and food! We are able to bring guests with us and can visit because this place doesn't have music blaring too loud like other places. Great Place to Eat!!!!!

The worst place ever. Couldn't get the steaks cooked correctly. Server took down wrong steak size, food was cool. Honey mustard was spilled all over child's plate. Never came back to ask if we wanted more beverages, or how it was. Only thing that was ok, was baked potato...Never again. Texas Roadhouse is a 5 star in every state people...server couldn't or wouldn't comp a penny....Sad because I own a bar an grill, and we aim to please the customers....all the time....
