I went there on a cold day , went inside to order, waited for 20 min , while employees chatted with each other in view, then a young man came over and told me i could go outside to order ,and refused to take my order from inside ,where it was warm, i left , tried to call owner , but same employees refused even to give owners name unless i told them what it was about , would never eat there again , you have to be hard up for a lousy meal to go there !

I have always thought Scoope'rs was the very best!!! About a month ago I went there and it was terrible. I thought it was just a fluke, anybody can make a mistake. I went back tonight. I couldnt believe it, The meat was cold and really dry. the bun was not toasted and stale. The lettuce had so much Stay Fresh on it that it didnt even taste like lettuce, The fries were pitiful, just a bunch of left overs. the longest fry was maybe and inch long.
How did you let your quality slip so much. I have always loved Scooper's but after being burned 2 times in a row, I am not sure if I can give it another chance. What happened? New owners?

We have been long time fans of Scoopers here in Sparks. The last two times we ate double cheeseburgers, the meat was cold, the buns were cold and stale, the whole hamburger was dry and tasteless. Milkshakes are great!!! Who ever your cook is now doesn't know how to "COOK". WE WILL NEVER COME BACK TO Scooper's and will spread the news of you terrible hamburgers. Thank You
