This was the worst Burrito I ever had, no flavor and the size was like a taco, full of rice and no meet.

Okay - 5 stars is a bit of a stretch for the food and the service, but shoot!!! BETOs is known for being up and down at customer service. I always felt as if I was visiting the soup nazi in the Seinfeld episode. Yep - I am on hold now for 7 minutes and I originally wanted delivery (which is also a great new service) yet they always will help those in line before the phone... so now it is pick up! duh people - Don't complain about wait times as rarely is it too crazy. It is probably because you called on a Friday or Sat night like I did. It is 8pm on a Friday mid-summer when school is out and just imagine if school were in. It took about 1.5 hours on Cinco De Mayo just to order. Why? Because it is worth it. I moved here in 2000 and my local friends told me about this secret and sadly for me, I am no longer the only one who quivers at the thought of eating certain animal parts. Very legit. Great pricing and they are getting much better at the customer service!!! And the people working there are very good looking! Just saying it is totally worth checking out! My favorite is one of the combos, the shrimp cocktail, the glass sodas, etc. but man, I have heard so many great things I am too scared to try! I am happy they are doing well and I continue to wish Beto's the best as they were and still are a staple of Reno.
Oh, and yah, when you have Beto's you remember you've had Beto's ... Yep 5 stars!!!

I stayed on hold long enough to drive from NW Reno to Beto's and went to the counter while still on hold and ordered. Take out took over 40 minutes to get it. My order sat while they served people who came after me. I get the distinct impression that they could care less. Time for a new favorite Reno, these mexicans are too good for us now.
