I purchased a large veggie in a pocket on Wednesday 9-13-23 at approximately 7:30 pm along with another sandwich. I always get this same pocket from your restaurant well this time it was horrible there was no cheese it and it was loaded with red bell peppers and i asked not to put pickles in it and it was loaded with pickles. Along with the crushed red pepper which was okay but they also put banana peppers in it which made even hotter to eat. I think that thus was the last time that i am going to order anything from you guys again. It seems that every time i order this pocket it is never the same maybe you should train your employees to make sandwiches as asked and not put things that don’t belong.

I have been going to Ricotti's since they opened in the early 70s. It was great then and it's still great today. They are super busy but they have superb customer service while keeping the wait time down to a minimum!! It's the best sandwich shop around!! Keep up the great work ! : )

This place has gone downhill, if you do decide to go there and deal with their rude staff and long line I recommend you double check your order they constantly mess up.

Delightful/delicious. We often choose the spinach pie with cheese, pepperoni and olives. Everything they make is fresh and tasty.

The sandwiches taste good, are a good value, and the people there work hard, but there's always a wait. Don't go if you're in a hurry. I called in an order and I had to wait until everyone was finished. I had called-in my sandwich order to save time. I was so thoroughly ignored that I had to ask them if I was supposed to ring a bell to get someone's attention. Good sandwiches, lousy attitude.

Frustrating place. Sometimes good more often terrible now! Tried to get subs on a Thursday evening at 7:30 pm. Phone busy for 1 hour. Went to the shop and there was a line. Phone not ringing- they left it off the hook (again). Stood in line for 20 minutes then gave up. The staff moved at one speed- no attempts to take orders or hurry a bit. Heard they were out of hamburgers and hot dogs, too!! Really? Won't be back. Sad- the food itself is actually pretty good.
