Really good food at a good price. They make an amazing pastrami sandwich and their onion rings are some of the best I've had. The staff is very friendly and the owner is a real sweetheart. If you're in the area, definitely give this place a try.

This place is DA BOMB ( I am pretty sure that da bomb means great).
I have not found a Deli that even comes close to it in San Antonio.
Thinking about it makes me want to fly to Cali, eat there for about three days and fly back.
I MISS THE DELI
The people that work there are also real good people.

I had my 10th birthday party at the deli, and we all had a GREAT time. Mark and Peggy took us out on the 6th Street Deli trolley with the 80's music playing....my entire party said it was the best food, and the best time!! Thank you for making my 10th birthday the best!!

Home town deli with big city professionalism and GREAT food.
An institution in Horse Town USA that on any given day is packed to the rafters! The grilled BBQ chicken sandwiches
are to die for and the potato salad is better than moms.

Sixth Street Deli where the food is fabulous, and the service is family like, not to mention last it is affordable with great sized portions. Even though we have moved out of the area anytime we are around we stop in at the Sixth Street Deli to get our fix. If you have not tried their food you should put it on your to do list.
