I can not write a review on the product due to never received. But will write on the customer service provided. The Crooks here are not cooks but give fake promises and then hold money with insults. I will be having all conversations sent over to BBB and to the Local News to show how this company treats customers. You can read the responses from my Husband who was just trying to find my favorite cake for my Bday that never arrived and then they kept the money with insults. I will be sharing this on every platform against this company. HIGHLY RECOMEND DO NOT BUY HERE EVER - google address is not real and all there Facebook reviews are computer generated. I have reached out to Facebook to investigate and shared there nasty messages with my husband Lots more than just posted here to have company removed from scamming others!!

This is a pretty bad company. I ordered a Mother’s Day gift. That didn’t arrive two weeks later. I complained and asked for compensation. For my trouble I was told they don’t negotiate with terrorists and called a Karen lol. It’s the worst customer service there could be. To top it off, the package arrived today (17days later) where I found out they mailed it two days after I asked. Another cherry on top of that it came melted and with mold! Do yourself a favor and avoid these people.

Not great .. ordered a certain cupcake for delivery and got another type .. the person who I placed the order with said no I ordered this type and said the other type was more expensive so it couldn't of been those .. I said no on your website it's the same price .. so we got cupcakes that didn't even look the same in the photo anyhow .. .. there was no peanut butter dollop on the tops .. I said that and she said oh customers preferred not to have the peanut butter dollop on top .. well then don't advertise it with it on top then..they just piped icing on top without any sprinkles .. so they looked so plain .. I was embarrassed that I had them sent to friends for a surprise .. I was thankful the family sent us photos .. don't order from them ..a dozen plain cupcakes and a tray of brownies with delivery cost me 60.00.. ripe off

I paid $57.00 for a Pineapple Upside Down cake with Cheesecake running through it. It was not great and at least a quarter of the cake had no cheesecake at all in it. I tried to send them an email about it with no response. I tried to post an honest post on their Facebook site, and it wouldn't allow me to. All I wanted was for them to apologise and acknowledge their mistake.

Horrible product. Paid for express delivery. Received dried and stale brownies. Didn't even look like picture I ordered. Not even close.
Phone number is disconnected, so you can't reach the business.
