Called to order a cake for sons birthday. I asked how much for a say round dinner plate size cake. Omg the young girl couldn't stop with depends on dinner plate I said standard what everyone eats dinner on well your idea and mine are different. Like this went on for ten min and still no answers..! Wow get people in who at least respect others.. Rogers bakery has gone way down hill.

There was a younger girl working there several months back, I think she is still there. Very rude. She could care less that they didn't have my order and tried to blame it on me. If it were a mistake, those things happen, but she was really offensive when she tried to blame me. Also, she really didn't care, it was obvious. She was rude so I said basically, hey wait a minute. I didn't yell, but it was obvious I was upset, not so much about not getting my order, but mostly how she was. She told me to get out as if I was causing a scene. I was very embarrassed and pretty much steaming when I left.
I like the bakery a lot and usually go there for the Holidays. Haven't been back. It made the difference to me in a big way. Not the same customer service as a few years back that is for sure.

I ordered cookies a week ahead of time for a bridal shower.
I asked that they be ready by 11:00 am and when I got there
They were still working on them. They acted like it was no big deal :( We didn't like how they were decorated and the
decoration was not centered at all:( The only thing good about the whole thing was the cookie tasted good:( I don't know if I will order cookies at rogers bakery again:( :(:(
