My wife and I just came for the first time to Tommy's on san pedro. The barbacoa smelled rotten and for the price of three dollars you would think they would have better quality food and better sized tacos. We did not eat the barbacoa tacos because of the smell,so when we're still charged,so we didn't leave a tip. Once we told the cashier that were not leaving a tip the cashier gave us a very rude attitude and didn't want to give my wife our receipt. I would never recommend this restaurant to any one.
