My boss and I went to Red Lobster today at approximately 11:30, when we asked the young (Hispanic) man how long the wait would be, he said 10 -15 minutes. When we saw that there was quite a few individuals sitting and waiting, we thought it was appropriate to ask him, once persons are sitting down, how long does it take the meal to get out? We needed to know if would be back at the office on time. Normally, the response would be, "let me find out", right? Not this time, he looked at us and said, " I don't know I don't work in the kitchen". WOW! We said fine and left. This was very disappointing... since customer service is a must, especially with the economy today.... but there is other choices and we made a choice and left. If you had a complaint section on your web site this is where I would have posted this.

The service is the worssssssssssssssssst The managers are slackers. They never help you resolve issues with their staff. They make lots of empty promises to make things right and not even a return phone call Stay away. Don't waste your money

Carter was an amazing server and am glad I chose y0ur resturaunt. Great upon great service. $200.00 on a $80.00 tab was more than worth it for a tip just because the service was so great and made me feel like it was a pleasure to see me. A real pleasure to be treated so well. Aint all bout the food but being so welcome was fantastic. Good dude made for a great dinner. Absolute fantastic person, needs an at a boy from corporate offices, call and say good job, thx blpackard, FNF Construction Inc.

We were just in Santa Fe, NM. on a family vacation, and decided after trying some of the local restaurants we would treat ourselves to a familier restaurant. I would have never expected to find the best dining experience I have ever had, in this small town. The service was better than any other Red Lobster we have ever visited, and the food was fantastic. It was a little more expensive than our local Red Lobster in Chandler Az., but well worth it. Everything from the seaters that gave us directions over the phone on how to get there, over the phone to the service we recieved. During our visit we spoke with the general manager and forwarded our appreciation. at the end of our visit we spoke with another manager as he dropped some kind of survey at our table. 2 thumbs up for this restaurant, we will definetly be returning next time we are in town.
