About a week or two ago we had a great pizza in purchasing your special December holiday pizza. Yesterday on New Year's Eve in the afternoon we called in to repeat the experience. The girl took the order and said, "Yes, the December pizza was still available. So we drove from where I live near "The Blind Horse" to eat in at your restaurant. When we arrived the girl said they were out of pomegranates and for that reason they did not make the pizza. Wow! She did not bother to call back and tell us this. As you know, New Year's Eve was extremely cold and my girlfriend has asthma that can be easily triggered by such weather. After a little discussion with her and the cook, we decided to eat at The Duke of Devon instead. But in your parking lot we called to see if they could make us a nice offer given the rather poorly handled situation. All she offered was 15% off. That did not nearly good enough under the circumstances. Do you agree? Thank you for your attentions and if you were to want our repeat business you would have to do much better than an offer of 15% off. wrweidner@gmail.com

Horrible service. Ordered chicken at 3:30 to be delivered at 5:30. Called at 5:45 was told out for delivery. We live there blocks away. 6:00 no good called again promise it would be there in ten minutes. 6:15. No good called again said driver would be there in 15 minutes. Told forget chicken would be cold.rude people horrible service. They do not deserve one star I had to put it there to submit.

We ordered a pie last weekend for delivery. We ordered a "The Sheboygan" which should have had Italian sausage, pepperoni and double cheese. I also ordered mushrooms and onions on half of the pie. We waited for 45 minutes which was ok but, when we opened the wrapper after the driver had left, we found NO PEPPERONI and MANY mushrooms and onions all over the pie. My wife hates both and ate very little. This was too late and we weren't about to wait another 45 min for another pie as we were starving. So, check your pie BEFORE the driver leaves!

Love this pizza! Never had a problem with them, pizza is always loaded with many toppings and hot. Friendly people and always smiling faces when I am in there!

They use to be the best and have gone to worse. Service What service they messed up every order i had. There pizza is either over done or small amounts of fixings and lots of over done crust.
I don't know what happened to them but it doesn't get fixed there wont be a Nicky's pizza for long I'm a Faye's pizza person now
