I can't wait for our scrumptious dinner tonight at the Chesapeake Seafood House to celebrate our friends birthday. We are on a Keto diet, so checking out the menu now with all speed up our decision making...but I'm just so impressed with the great choices their menu has to offer. I think we'll both have the bourbon glazed salmon....yum!! 😋

No Parmesan for you!
No apologies...nothing, it was an absolute No! Then there was a long silence as we all looked at each other. I am not sure what triggered our waitress'ignorant response. No Parmesan at the Chesapeake? My wife later said she was surprised having seen several of its main dishes listed in their menu: Parmesan cheese as one of their essential ingredients. My wife suggested adding salt and pepper to my seafood pasta dish. I also squeezed the slice of lemon but it was hopeless. I decided to ask the host (owner) on my way to the bathroom. He said he had two kinds of Parmesan cheese available. He acted by heading to our table as he wanted to rectify the situation but my abandoned full plate was already cleared from the table. He respectfully assured not clarify anything or enlighten our waitress before us leaving the restaurant.
We didn't need added tension and spoil an evening especially during the holiday season with a giving and noble Christmas treat gesture from my father-in-law's favorite restaurant.
