We always eat late,called at 8pm on Saturday night, when she answered she said closing,and hung up, I couldn't say anything,I thought they we're open till 9pm on Saturday, always if you call 1 hour prior to closing, they won't answer or say they are closed.....

These motherfuckers don't know how to follow instructions. I wanted a double bacon cheeseburger and they f-ck it up for 4th time in a row, I'm so done eith the establishment I'm going to fostoes for now on

Ordered the meals tonight. The chicken strips were not crispy like they used to be. The fried chicken thigh was well done and dry. The steak fingers were ordered soft and came out to crunchy to even eat. The french fries were fried to hard to eat and were cold. I do not know if it was new management, new cooks or what but I will not be going back for a while. They said the steak fingers had to be cooked that way to be done.
Bull. I have been in the restaurant and a cook for most of my life. I would have been ashamed to send out food to a customer this way. Shame on your staff for not being that much customer friendly and serving them what and how they wanted.

I live in Silsbee, but sometimes drive to Jenny's to get some very good fried chicken (worth the drive) because it is consistently delicious! Wish they would open one in Silsbee.

I came from out of town was referred by my brother he lives in jasper we were visiting from Houston my husband and our two kids we were charged 48 dollars we drove from jasper to kirbyville burgers were not made right asked for cheese didn’t get it then they didn’t give fries with one of our orders the order was suppose to be 39 dollars and some change they charged 48 dollars to my card food was metiocre it was nothing to write to mom about I hate that we drove that far then on top of that was over charged called to let them know didn’t do nothing about it didn’t offer to fix it will never visit there again was very disappointed I never write reviews but i made an exception this time go somewhere else it was a very overrated experience first time eating there will never visit again

The food is great, especially the fried catfish. I would have given them a 5 star rating, but it takes forever to get thru on call in orders. I've placed as many as 88 redials before getting thru. Then when you dine in the phone rigs off the wall, going unanswered for long periods. Definitely a problem as you see staff standing & talking to one another.

Terrible about answering the phone. Straight 30mins drive here and no one answered. Ridiculous. This is a routine thing. They take forever to get the food out, take forever to take an order. You'd figured they would love a called in order but can't even do that. Lines always busy or it just rings and rings and rings.

Nachos without cheese after waiting an hour. Last time the hamburger meat was raw. The food and customer service is awful! Family businesses just cannot compare to the establishments that we have these days. I feel like this business is stealing from customers.

I would not recommend this restaurant due to ordered fish plate..... waited in line for nearly 30 mins upon receiving food everything cold.... unable to mix potato due to not done and cold....fish fried to long....it is extremely hard and to hot due to spices....no hush puppies with food.....and tea tasted like it has been made all day......

NO it is not the best fried chicken. Actually very far from it. The staff are rude. the food is mediocre and always cold because of the extremely long wait. Absolutely hate this place. Save yourself the time and money.

Not only is the chicken great they have the best fried catfish. It is spicy just as the chicken is and it is to die for - Also their fries are extremely good

Jenny's Fried Chicken personally is the best fried chicken place around. Better than KFC, Churches and Popeyes. Its southern eating at its best. Every item on the menu is good. From the chicken to the ice cream. Sometimes you do have to wait a while inorder to get your food. Thats because they're jam packed with customers. I've been eating there since I was a little girl. Friendly workers and an extremely friendly boss!! Needless to say that the restaurant is clean inside and out. I'd recommend this place to any and everyone. There's a reason this independently owned restaurant has been open for over 20 years.
