We have been dining at Ba-Dar and doing Carry Out orders since basically they opened. We moved to Tucson in 1991, and Ba-Dar opened in 1992. They have been our GoTo for a quality meal out, delivery, or carry out since I was a kid. You can no go wrong with their food.

I've been eating from Badar for about 10 years and the food is always very good and usually ready before promised. The portions are large and the food is always fresh cooked. The people are very courteous and polite.

I visited this restaurant with the sole intention of enjoying a traditional Chinese fish head soup. The result was very disappointing. Though the name of the soup is called "fish head" soup the only fish portions consisted of fins and the backbone. When brought up to the manager we were informed that their "FISH HEAD" soup included a small portion of the back of the head and various chopped off parts of the fish. I could probably ignore their ignorance of what proper fish head soup is, but I can not ignore the steep price of 23$ for fish "scrap" soup. When I asked for a refund I was declined, offered only a 10% discount, and otherwise ignored.
What got me most was the servers shock to see that there was no fish head in our soup either.
I did enjoy how nice the server was. Very polite and informative. Too bad this wont be enough get me to come back again.
