We found the food fresh and tasty. Service was polite and helpful, though not fast. The Lava Roll is our fav.

We’ve been going to Osaka for 25 years. The filet is awesome and the pork dumplings are a must! It’s so good! It’s one of our favorite places to eat!❤️❤️❤️

I took my friends out to celebrate her daughters 18th birthday she ordered sushi and her mom and I order the steak and shrimp on the grill. The food was delicious, but when we were close to done the daughter stated that she wasn't full. So we got to go boxes for our food and went to the sushi area to order some more to go. While we were waiting someone cleared my friends to go box! We were standing near it, and no one was seated in the entire section. When we complained, after a brief look around by management we were told "You should watch your food". I let it go to not cause a scene and called back the next day to speak to someone else about it, it sounded like I got the same person who said she'd fill 1/2 of the order if I could show up today "but after today she didn't care." So I tried to confirm with her how I'd identify myself to pick up the 1/2 order and was hung up on. If you don't have any problems it's a decent place. If you have trouble with something do not think you'll be treated properly. You'll be dismissed and talk down to. They will not see any money from me again. Hope it was worth their $20 meal. We dropped over $150 for 3 people. I am beside myself with their lack of customer service. The phone call was not professional and approximately 75% English. Not sure if it was a comprehension problem or just the overall attitude of the establishment. Regardless there are better places that understand how to correct their mistakes.
