I was in a party of six on Saturday 12/16/17 in the evening. We had to wait 1.5 hours to be seated. We went to the bar area and had drinks and appetizers. The bar had about 10-12 people. The tv that was in front of most of my party had a infomercial on it. We ask one of the bartenders to change the channel she voiced the manager had to change the channel. She ask the manager on duty to change it. Per bartender if the manager is to busy he would not change, unfortunately one of my party members had order shrimp on skewer he had to remind the staff he had not gotten his order. Come to find out they had sent the skewer to another table.
