On my way to an event in Huntington WV on Saturday April 2,2022 my daughter and I broke down about half a block from here. We were 4 1/2 from home and 2 1/2 from our destination. The young woman (she was seeing what every one wanted for lunch and worked at the place across the road I think) helped my daughter out big time by letting her use the restroom (she really wasn't feeling well). Not only that when I figured out what we were doing they let us sit at this establishment for like 5 hours while we waited for our ride to get there. One young man even checked on us several time to make sure we were ok. I can not say enough about all the young people that work there very nice people. Stay as kid as you are always!! And my daughter says you have delicious hot dogs just like your sign said. And the flavors of custard yummy.

Great food & absolutely the best frozen custard anywhere. The cones are great the sundaes are the best. I also highly recommend the hot dogs too. Treat yourself, I highly recommend this place.

When I go to berkshires after a long day it just makes me feel good creamy homemade ice cream. And the neon or hoods best hotdogs!

Great desserts but the drive through takes FOREVER. Even if there’s only one person in front of you, it probably takes 20 minutes. Kinda ridiculous, I don’t expect ice cream to take 30 minutes to get.

I went to the Princeton wv location today and bought a milkshake. It had plastic in it, so I called the manager and she offered me a new one. I went back and as I started to drink it, it had plastic in it as well. The manager said the girls were new; however, I don't believe that qualifies as a reason for plastic in 2 milkshakes. She offered us to come back for another one. I guess she doesn't realize how frustrating it is to keep driving and spending time and gas to get plastic filled milkshakes. We were very excited for the opening today as we love berkshires in our house. However, I think that we will be buying our milkshakes from other places if that is the quality we are going to get this season!
