went for my 66th birthday on Aug.16th. the food was excellent, the service was very great, and the atmosphere was wonderful. we simply loved it. the food was fresh and hot and some of the best we have had. the waitress could not have been more attentive. she kept a consistent check on us to make sure we didn't need anything -- garnered her a nice tip! we are local and will definitely be back there again! as a by-word, we are from Hartsville SC, the home town of the owners grandparents and remember Boyd Poe's and the lunch counter there. he has continued the legacy of great food!

Great food and awesome atmosphere! It’s now under new ownership/management and has a brand new menu. I definitely recommend it!
