Favorite takeout place but not going to ordering from them much longer. Too expensive. I just ordered 3 kids meals at about 3.99 each and a quesadilla and LG sub my total came to 36?? That's ridiculous.

We started going to rocco's 3 months ago.We wanted to change it up and it was closer to our house. I order the burger on 5 different occasions and all 5 times it was raw.Tonight being monorail day weekend it was very slow so i ordered the burger it came out raw i couldn't believe it. The waitress was very nice and asked if i wanted another and i said yes,i almost fell on the floor the burger was just as raw as the first one. It took 40 minutes for the first burger and 20 for the 2nd.she apologized and asked if i would like a 3rd burger, i said no thanks. I asked if the cook was new she replied no and went on to tell me that the assisting manager was cooking tonight. You would think after all this the manager would come out and apologize or try to make it right. Not a word. They lost a good customer cause i would rather drive an extra 10 minutes further to the nines than get raw burgers and no apologize
