The staff must have written all of the good reviews. Terrible service and terrible food. Good thing the portions are so small because if you ate too much you would get sick.

literally and figuratively! Great Capri pizza Ny style pizzeria" . Set up so you order/pay at the counter then grab a table wherever you'd like. First hint of it's greatness was the aroma upon entering. When the pizzas we ordered arrived at the counter I wasn't expecting much however, with each bite it just got better and better. The hand-tossed crust is phenomenal, just phenomenal. The sausage on our 'combo' pie was really loaded with flavor. I'd love to be able to tell you how it is cold (as leftovers) but there was no chance any of it had at making it out of the restaurant. I'm not normally a huge fan of thinner crust pizzas but this place is going to be dangerous for me in the future. Fried dough wasn't bad either. Capri is going on my favorites list.As far as the staff you can tell its a great family owned business

There are many place to chose from in hudson to get pizza but Capri's NY style pizza is my favorite. Their Giant 20inch is a great value. The owner is very friendly and makes me feel welcome when I come in. The service has changed a lot over the past year and very happy with service I get when I order each week.

The pizza is always good when I get it, and they are always courteous to me and my fiance. I don't know what everyone is complaining about!

Best Pizza in the area (Prosciutto's out in Londonderry might be just a bit better) and cheap. Can't beat that.

Rude & unprofessional! Called this place 3 time....all 3 times they have gotten the order wrong & then blamed me for it! Are they writing this stuff down or what?!!! I ordered the same thing!!! # three different days they got the pizza wrong 3 times?!!! & then get mad at me for it and want to give me a credit? You people need to learn a lesson in customer service & satisfaction. Not to mention taking orders correctly! You might have a good thing going if you got it done right the first or even second time!

If I thought the food couldn't get worse, boy I was wrong! What happened to the quality over the years?? Some of the employees on the phone are rude.

they are awesome,i went to several area restaurants any havent found anyone close to there quality and prices are still reasonable.where else can you get an 8" cold sub packed with whatever you want for 6 bucks,and i mean packed with fresh meat and veggies,and there giant pizza is HUGE....

best food for the money.they have a giant 20 inch pizza that can feed a family of 4.they also deliver anywhere in NASHUA,HUDSON,MERRIMACK,AND LITCHFIELD.nobody else does that.plus there one size subs are packed with whatever you want on them,and there prices are the best around.i got 3 cold subs and a large pizza ,delivered for under30 bucks,and i got fries free,with specials,that he runs daily.you ask me,they got every other shop beat,and they go out of there way to give you what you want.everyehere else we go cost a fortune for a large pizza,and a salad.

Use to have great food for a decent price, quality has gone down hill, they now use garlic salt for their garlic bread and it's way to salty.
Pizza prices are the highest in town and they skimp on the toppings and cheese.

Ordered a pizza for delivery, paid with credit card. When I was giving her the CC number over the phone I wanted to repeat it second time to make sure she got it right. But she wouldn't let me, she said she "got it". Turned out she DID write it down WRONG. I had to call her again, she was defensive and rude.

I like their pizza, especially the godfather speciality pizza, their calzones are ok, their cold subs suck big time (when I ordered them once I wasn't even sure they were fresh).

The girls that work there are not very nice sometimes. The value, the prices are average.

So their food is mostly ok, but if a quality of a customer service is a number one priority for you, then you might want to consider other places.

As for take out and delivery it is the way to go. The girls that work there are overtly over sexed and rude. I have never seen them do anything unsanitary but after going there a few times, the less you know the better if you know what I mean. The last time I went in to pick up my order they were talking openly about female ejaculation! The menu and value can't be beat so for a delivery meal and a movie I love it, but it you are easily offended don't go there yourself.

I eat here quite often as I love there extra large Pizza's.

Some of the younger femail employees do need to have... SUpervision... as I heard more about what was happening with the man friends then talk about food.

Most of the time though the food is prepped fresh and I am vary happy with there service.

I Walked in at 8 PM, ordered a Italian sub. All i heard was complaining from the two very young girls about how it was late, and one of them wanted an ice cream. that was annoying enough, but when i got my sub, it only had one kind of meat on it, and some cheese, i also asked for Letti's, tomato and onion. i didn't get the Letti's. i think thy need a baby sitter to keep an eye on the spoiled brat kids, Please go some place other than copri pizza.
