Pano's Roast Beef is consistently very good. The roast beef is always very tender. Great place to eat if you are looking for a good roast beef sandwich!

Best roast beef sandwiches and onion rings in the area! Customer service is great as well. Katerina and Peter are attentive, and the place is spotless! Prices are reasonable and the quality and quantity of the food is top-notch! I highly recommend Panos!

I've been in fancy, pricey, sit-down restaurants that aren't as clean as this place, nor is the food made as well.
Roast Beef - Awesome
Gyros - Awesome
Fries - Awesome
Salads - Awesome
Service - Super Awesome (very very considerate and genuine)
Everything is done on the spot, which I'm a fan of.
I kinda wish this place was my immediate neighbor.

We had driven by Pano's Roast Beef quite a few times before, and always drove by on our way to other locations. We decided to stop by last week after a pesky neighbor kept bothering us. So, we made an excuse to leave, and headed out to Pano's.
We both love Pano's so much, that we've been there 3 times in the past four days alone. The roast beef they use is so tender, and falls apart in your mouth without chewing.
We can't recommend Pano's enough. If you're in for a real treat, take your family to Pano's - you won't regret it. Plus - the woman behind the counter is very sweet and has excellent customer service.

Great roast beef sandwiches (especially the Super Beef) and good fries. Everything is made to order. Never had a bad meal and the prices are very reasonable, if not cheaper than most other places.
Excellent service as well. The owners seem to be there and are very friendly. Ordered a salad and the owner didn't like the way it looked so she made a fresh one for us without us even having to ask! Anywhere else would have just given it to me.

Excellent Roast Beef Sandwiches. The kitchen looks clean and the food is delicious - the best roast beef sandwiches we have come across in Southern NH. I also highly recommend the onion rings and spinich rolls.

Our company just moved to Hudson and Pano's Roast Beef is right up the street. I have been there almost every day since the move on my lunch break. I am very, very, very satisfied with not only the quality, quantity, and price of the food, but the service is excellent and the people are super friendly. I definitely recommend this restaurant!

Great food ! Best roast beef sandwiches. good prices. very clean. Service is a little slow during the lunch rush, they could use an extra guy in the kitchen around noon time. call ahead and plan on take out not a lot of seating. overall I'll give them a "9"

The owners are fantastic and very friendly. The food is out of this world. Not just the amazing roast beef but they have gyros to die for! I've lived in Hudson for my entire life (24 years) and this is by far the best sandwich shop in town. Definitely *the* place to eat in Hudson.

The Roast beef sandwiches are fantastic. I used to have to drive down to Wakefield, MA for a good roast beef, (Billy's) or Saugus, MA to Kelly's. This place is very good! The owners are very nice, and service is great. I would recommend this shop to anyone!
