We try to support local business whenever possible and were excited to try Angelo's. We called ahead of time to order a pizza and were quoted a 40 minute wait time. We showed up early, 30 minutes after placing our order, and were greeted by who I assume is the manager, who seemed flustered and apologized, saying "it will be about 8-10 more minutes" which was fine since we were quoted 40 minutes. 10 minutes goes by and we see (what we assumed was) our pizza come out of the oven. The waitress quickly takes it over to another table as the manager exclaims to her, "You took their pizza TWICE" which explains his apology when we walked in. The server looked like she couldn't care less. As we had somewhere to be we couldn't wait any longer for their THIRD attempt at our pizza. Extremely disappointed in this place and we will not be back.

Best NY style pizza I've found so far in the Nashville area.

I think Michaelangelo's is far better that any national chain. Delivery has always been prompt and courteous. Ordering has been easy and the food very good.
