User Reviews for Whistle Stop Cafe Jenell posted on 01/06/2010 Rating & Review: Just like mom used to make. The portions are huge and very affordable. Nice atmosphere with friendly service. If you go for breakfast, which I recommend, you must try the biscuits and gravy. If you're looking for a dinner item, try the chicken fried steak. Don't forget about the homemade fries. The homemade food is excellent & the service is outstanding. I would highly recommend this restaurant, not only for the food but the prices are very reasonable also.
