Their ribs are always so tender and the sauce is awesome!! I always try and have a jar in the fridge. Have enjoyed Carson City BBQ at many local events around Reno/Sparks and the food is always excellent. Also, I have had them cater a couple of events for me and I found the staff friendly, professional and their prices were right on for the quality food and service I received. Would recommend the tri-tip, chicken and of course the ribs! Would definitely use them again. Can't wait for the J.A. Rib Cook Off this year!

Carson City BBQ is the best BBQ I have ever had!! Their ribs are fall-off the bone tender, the sauce, I could pour on the wall street journal and it would still be delicious, the chicken tender and moist, the BBQ beans so great even kids would eat them, their prime rib, OMG....try it, you'll only want theirs from now on.<br />
