I have dined there with my family many, many times and they were way off this past Labor Day Weekend. Normally we go as a big party 12+ and the service & food are right on. For that many people at one table, we normally have 2 servers assisting. Instead, we had one server and she had 3 or 4 other tables. Drinks took 20 minutes, appetizers took about 1/2 hour to come out after ordering. We had dirty plates on the table for about 25 minutes after finishing apps before I pulled the waitress aside to say something. She apologized and they cleared and refreshed our waters. After about another 15 minutes and tables that sat after us were getting their checks, I went to the chef (Scott) and complained which he said they were plating right now. The food was very good, only one steak under cooked but by that time, she was to hungry to send it back and ate around the center. The thing that bothered me so much was that we were there celebrating my in-laws birthdays, reminded the waitress of the cake when we got there and never got it. We also had two young girls at the table who didn't get served dinner until 9:45pm with an 8pm reservation. For that type of restaurant with those type of prices, it had us all leaving dissapointed. We don't mind paying and haven't in the past for a great experience which is why we go there. Tough to give them such a bad score but for this experience, they unfortunately deserve it. My family and I will go back but if they mess it up next time, we'll find someplace else.
