They Just Don't Get It...Went their for a special occasion. Arrived early but they said they were all booked and shoved us in the bar area. Looked around and the place was almost empty there were only a couple of tables taken (when we left they were still less than half full, easily could have seated us) Had bought a gift certificate they said could not use because we purchased a $12 hamburger to go with a very expensive meal that did not qualify. Complained to management about everything and they were unsympathetic, rude and stuck to their guns. There company mission statement should be "everyone who works here is right, every customer is wrong". Food was good, Prices were high, Service was condescending. Not worth the trip.

The food was very good, but a little overpriced. But the most important thing was the help. From the hostess to the waitresses extremely bad service. Believe it or not they were CONDESCENDING. They smiled to your face then did exactly what they wanted to do, not what you wanted or ask for. They treated us like the Seinfeld skit "No Soup For You". but with a smile on their face. Lets put it this way "Accommodating" is not in their dictionary or part of their culture. And at these prices it should be Number 1
