Cranford’s best is the worst place me and my co workers ever dealt with. I ordered two orders of the pork roll sandwich, I only received one order of it. The owner had the audacity to tell me that I was wrong and I never ordered two orders and that he doesn’t know what I am talking about. I continued to be polite and keep my cool saying that i got charged for two orders and that they clearly made the mistake. He turned it over on me and yelled at me saying that I am clearly wrong and I never ordered two. I than said I will not be ordering from them and you just lost a customer he said you won’t be ordering from here anymore? Then I won’t be sending you your second order. I couldn’t believe the OWNER!!! Of this store spoke to a customer like this. What a SCUM BAG!!! Everyone in the office heard the call & we have it recorded. If anyone knows if there is a way I can post this call I would LOVE to share it with you all. ONE OF THE WORST PLACES I EVER DEALT WITH. AND THIS PLACE SHOULD GET SHUT DOWN ESPECIALLY WITH THE WAY THE OWNER SPOKE TO ME. F-CK THIS PLACE.
