For many years my family and I have given this place our business and have always loved the staff (for the most part). Unfortunately, I will never come here again. I am finally done. I have come to the conclusion their chefs are selfish, ignorant, incompetent, pr*cks who have no regard for their customers happiness and do whatever the ef the want no matter what's asked of them. I'll never understand why this is the ONLY place where I cannot get well done bacon ever. Always ask for it to be super well done, crunchy, char it, deep fry it and always get it disgustingly under cooked. The fact that this simple request is ignored every single time, even after speaking to management and the owners about it, brought me to my opinion of their chefs. I'll be happy to drive a little farther and give Broad Street Diner my business.
