I got food to go, the onion rings were soggy & very greasy, I requested ranch dipping sauce for the fried mushrooms & they even read my order back correctly but they gave me some gross horseradish sauce instead. They also gave me marinara sauce for my fries rather than the ketchup I requested. Not impressed.

Franks is by far the best pizzeria in hopatcong! Pizza is amazing to say the least! dinner are very good and give you a good size portion for a cheap price (compared to other places) Franks is my favorite pizzeria and i go there weekly!! keep up the good work

This is the WORST pizza in NJ. The crust is like cardboard, which I think may even have more flavor then the crust at Frank's. The sauce will give you heartburn all day & night. Service is a ZERO. Young, no experience kids who couldn't care less on how to do their jobs. I went once for lunch & never went back.

The people that take phone orders are TERRIBLE and RUDE. Totally clueless. If you ask what the specials are forget it. This throws them into a tizzy. I don't get it. It's their jobs. They should have the special menu right next to the phone. I'm glad it's not my business or they'd be history. I won't order from them anymore. My order is consistently wrong. Pizza is awful. For those that are local, try La Vigna across the street. They bend over backwards for you and couldn't be nicer. Their pizza rules and there chicken dishes are amazing! Plus they deliver.

the service is really swell here. i love the pizza and all who work there. Kevin is really amazing and Franks has the best pizza. A hometown treat!!

My family used to really enjoy the food and service at Franks, but after the service we received the last couple of visits we have decided that we will not be visiting them again. We have consistantly made comments about the staffs rudeness and cell phone habits and the last visit were treated so badly that we simply left without even ordering......Oh, did I mention we sat for 20 minutes and no one even asked for a drink order! The only reason I am even ranking this place 3 stars is because the food has been good.(when you order take out or can actually get service)

Pizza is the best in town! friendly service, always consistant, and has great dinner. Plus they do catering and it is by far the best catering service in the area with VERY reasonable prices. If you havent been to this pizzeria in hopatcong i highly suggest you try it becasue it is the BEST in the area!
