Never Ever Again will We Order Anything from
Family Pizza in Browns Mills,NJ 08015

Warning Since Old Owners Sold Pizzeria It’s Gone Down Hill Tremendously.
We Recommend Everyone Eat Elsewhere!

We purchased on Friday 09/03/21 -
2/Whole Grilled Eggplant Specialty Sandwich $8.00+
Grilled eggplant with roasted peppers, provolone and spinach on garlic bread.

Well We Received 2-pieces of the thinnest eggplant with roasted peppers 2-piece provolone cheese & garlic bread that was missing the garlic/blan.
Sucks!!!!!

Finally on the same day, the family all wanted to order take out from the Family Pizza which we heard was under new management was very good and it wasn't a Monday!

By 2pm I had the family order ready except DH which he did when home from work. I called in at 6pm. The 'gentleman' who answered had me hold, then while taking my order several times yelled at people around him & then asking me to repeat my selection(s) again which I did from my written list. Finally he got it and gave me a time.

7pm hubby meets delivery at farm gate. Person is very pleasant. Brings order in. I open bag 1st to feed kids stuff. The pizza box I assumed had his pizza turnover in it like others sometimes do. Imagine my surprise when I find the turnover in a Styrofoam box as well as the 2 orders of wings and ONE sausage sandwich. I opened the pizza box to
find a Pizza with 3 ingredients instead of the other sandwich. At 1st I thought it was someone else’s order. So I called Family Pizza back.

The same gentleman answered the phone and spent the next 5 minutes ARGUING with me, saying that's what I ordered. 'No, I read from my list, YOU were distracted and NOT paying attention & I had to repeat several times due to your distractions". Finally, begrudgingly, he says he'll send what I originally ordered. Meanwhile my daughter has no supper. It arrives within 25 minutes and again the delivery person is pleasant.
BUT there was NO refund included. Add to that, it was again WRONG ITEM! But the poor kid ate it anyway. Below is my original order with prices from my list, and what I got with the price difference(s). **Based on their menu prices which we just got in the mail.

1.Large Sausage Pepper Onion Sandwich
2.Large Sausage Parmesan
3.Fried Pizza Turnover
4. 10 Garlic Wings
5. 10 Wings Hot, please.

1. $12.95
2. $12.95
3. $7.50
4. $8.95
5. $9.95
Total; with tax & a $5 off coupon, I was told $49.50, which would have worked out to $55.50 with our tip included when delivered.

What we got;

1.Large Sausage Pepperoni Onion Pizza @ $2.25 per toping (3)
2.Large Sausage Parmesan
3.Fried Pizza Turnover
4. 10 Garlic Wings
5. 10 Wings Hot.

1. $18.52- a $5.57 difference between items!
2. $12.95
3. $7.50
4. $8.95
5. $9.95

The replacement was another Sausage Parmesan Sandwich NOT Sausage Pepper Onion Sandwich.
And we received NO refund for the difference. We are NOT seeing where the 'improvement' we were told about is happening. Though the food was Okay, the customer service (phone wise) needs a lot of attention and dedicated attention to customers speaking. Also on their website
there links so you can order online, they don't work at all!

Very Small, But Very Friendly.

Willing to make the Pizza the way you want it, (heavy sauce ect..) Nicely done and not over-cooked.

Also the nearest thing to a true Buffalo Wing.

Very happy with food and service. Will return again.
