Would have to agree with other rating for horrible. We drove 3 hours for grandsons birthday. Waited 1hr 15 mi s for drinks food was not great, server when I told him cancel 2nd drink order actually got nasty and said well I don't make the drinks. Manager did come over did apologize and took some money off bill, but considering most of us did not eat or not all food was even brought out it was not enough. Will never go back.

I would like to first thank the Atlantic City Rainforest Cafe for ruining my daughters birthday. I have never had the misfortune of experiencing such HORRIBLE service at a restaurant. If I was the manager/owner I would be embarrassed. First they sat our party of 13 into two tables so far away we couldn’t talk to each other. Even though there were several smaller tables they could’ve pushed together. I would expect this if we just walked up but we made a reservation Over 24 hours in advance. It was just poor planning on the restaurants part. The server had an attitude like no ones business. We waited about 30 minutes for drinks, 1 hour for appetizers, and over 2 for entrees. When we asked for a manager she had the audacity to come over and ask what was the problem KIDS. We were all in our late 20s-50 very clearly not kids. The only kids at the table was the birthday girl and her cousin and they’re not paying the bill so I’m not sure who the manager was referring to when she said KIDS?? After being blatantly disrespected by the manager she begins to blame the server for all the delays and said she wasn’t entering our orders to the kitchen in a timely manner. How tacky to blame your staff regardless of the issue. After spending 3.5 hours to receive overpriced mediocre food and drinks we were just ready to leave. However we had to wait another 15 minutes for the waitress to bring out a to go box she forgot, but she kept avoiding our table. She must’ve been embarrassed by her horrible performance? She would make eye contact and then quickly turn around and pretend to do something or go into the kitchen. Even though our server, Sasha, was extremely rude she was still tipped. Would not recommend and will continue to tell all my friends and large family about the horrible service.
