My wife had surgery and my sister ordered a couple hundred dollars of food, the bagel were hard as a rock, the plain cream cheese tasted like parmigiana cheese , the strawberry cream cheese was like water , egg salad had watered down mayo, the tuna salad was like saw dust , the chicken noodle soup was all water , worst food ever ever had my sister wasted her money we called to speak to the owner several times leaving our call back number and our calls were never returned when we asked the employees for the owners name they laughed and said I think it’s Eli sad sad sad Howard’s Bagel’s by far the best Eli’s you should be ashamed of yourself

I called and ordered a sandwich. Who ever took the order was rude. And then when I arrived I was treated like I wasn’t even there. Helping two customers first that had came in after me and then when I questioned the situation, she played dumb Costumer service should be your top concern... I will NOT go back
