Let me first start out by saying I am a visitor from the other side of the globe. This place came highly recommended. Unfortunately I am not inclined to do the same. From an honest opinion I cannot and will not. We ordered a custom pizza with onions, spinach, green peppers, mushrooms the pizza was terrible. The dough was soggy. The mushrooms and spinach were not fresh. They looked like vegetables poured right on top from the can after the pizza came out the oven. They did not look like they were cooked in the oven at all but this is not the main reason I decided to write this review. I am writing because of the very rude customer service I received when I called to state that the pizza was inedible. We spoke to someone named Mr. Donnis who was rude and informed me that he has been making pizza for over 20 yrs and has never received this complaint and that the onions when put in over made water and made the crust soggy. He never addressed other issues or acknowledge my personal dissatisfaction with the inedible pizza they made for me. He stated he would have the manager Mr. John call at 5pm to handle this🫣. Mr. John never called so I called back to speak with him. Mr. John the manager was 100times more rude than Mr. Donnis he stated that they never receive complaints (though they are receiving one right now that needs to be properly addressed in the moment not 20 years ago or inform me of whether or not there has/ has not been prior complaints as that is no concern of mine) that they are addressing/resolving terribly. He continued to raise his voice and get irate. John asked me a question then he would cut me off raise his voice and state he does not want any confrontation. I never raised my voice or argued just stated my issue with my personal experience with the pizza I received. I then asked Mr. John who was the owner of the establishment. He stated he is the owner and the manager and continued to be irate.😳🥹I then just passed the phone to a friend of mine as I saw this was going no where. Worst pizza and worst leadership/management ever. I did not believe John was the owner as I do not believe a proper business owner would ever conduct himself in that way. (As I am a fellow business/s owner and would never do such a thing)
So, I searched for the owner’s information as it’s available for public knowledge and the owners name Rocco Buonomo. I don’t believe Mr. Rocco and Mr. John are one and the same but do to the customer service I received not the pizza. I will never step foot in this establishment again. I will never recommend this establishment and I will make sure to make this known on all social media platforms. You should treat every customer the way you would want to be treated Mr. John. It’s basic first step for a “good leader” and just basic for “good person”. Owners beware of who you select to manage your business and stand in as a represent of you as it may cost you a fortune. God Bless
