The wait staff is extremely rude in this establishment. I will never go there again.

When I moved here in 2002 Fanks Pizza was the best Pizza as compare to all of the local Pizza Restaurants. Lately I've noticed a change in the flavor and the cheese is not as plentiful as years passed. I am disappointed and have been buying my pizza elsewhere.

I just had a very poorly made pizza despite being explicit with the young lady taking my order. I asked for a large sausage pizza, browned, not burned (specifically asked for not black). She said that means "well done". Not only was the pizza black on the bottom, the edges were over done, it had three very large air bubbles having virtually no sauce or cheese on them and they skimped on the sausage too. Most places pop those bubbles and add some cheese for the goof. This place pops the bubble hoping you don't see the lack of ingredients. AND THEY STILL MISSED ONE. Also if you use their coupon, they take off the amount after charging you tax on the full order, keeping the additional tax money. They should be reported to the tax authorities and be ashamed for charging top dollar for such crappy service. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

I have been a consumer for over 10 years at Franks Pizza In Pompton Lakes, N.J. What I like about them is that they know me. I always order a large plain pizza and fried calmaari. To top it all they respond to my name when I walk in the door of their establishment. Today Decmber 06, 2013 I call and they putme on hold. So I call Tony's Pizza 500 yards from them, they line was busy. So I call Franks again, giving them a second chance. They took my order fried calamari, peporoni rol and a ham and cheese calzon. When you order any of these things they give you a very, very small container of marinara sauce, in my opnion I know it is not enough for the meal. I asked for a cup of marinara sauce and they charged me $6.99 for a pint of sauce. When I got the sauce it was less then half, not even half a pint. Well from a long story to make short. After all these years of them knowing my name when I walk through the door. See Tony's pizza gives you a bowl of marinara sauce wether you order fried calmara or a calzon or peperoni roll. Guess where I'm going. I will never, ever order from Franks again. They lost a customer. I will past this story around. This is a start. Frank never estimate the power of one human being because all it takes one human being to to tou h thousand and thousand of others. Farewell and good rittens.

You have got to be kidding. If I wanted Pizza Soup I would have ordered it. The quality of the food, the questionable service and the lack of professional care to the customer is appalling, an insult to any customer and an insult to the restaurant profession. It matters not that they may have won some unspecified award in 2010, what matters is the here and now. If my experience is indicative of others who have not posted I would recommend that you steer clear of this restaurant. New Jersey has more food options from pizza to falafel and restaurateurs who value your patronage and take pride in the quality of their product. The customer may not always be right, but it is the customer who decides where they will spend their hard earned cash, I for one choose to spend my cash elsewhere.
