I like to say I like your subs, the other evening on the 19th came in an order #16.Well when I got home and took it out the wrapper, very disappointed.The meat was like shaved meat, very thin, one layer of each. I didn't even taste the meat only the cheese and the condiments that was put on the sub. I never have gotten a sub from your place like that before, I hope on my next visit it's better.

Linguine with clam sauce....large portion of linguine covered with oil and few clam bits...virtually tasteless...won't order again.

In this day and age I was shocked to see the owner of this establishment using unsanitary tactics to prepare food. I take the bus daily from outside of subworks and watch this man leave his car, handle keys, the door and then our food. NO, he is not wearing gloves. He removes the lettuce from its original packaging and tosses it on the meat slicer and starts slicing away without even washing it. Anyone who has washed lettuce knows how dirty it is. I am sure you won't see the dirt once pepper is put on ur sandwich but it is there. I always support local businesses over franchises because I know the struggle. Mr. Subworks don't shortchange your customers. We deserve better.
