Was not a fan of this place, the waitress was short with her attitude and seemed like she did not want to be there, I could not get a coffee refill if I tried and my eggs were not cooked even close to over hard. Maybe this restaurant needs to step up thier customer service skills.

First off, unlike the previous review. The customer IS NOT ALWAYS RIGHT! That works when you try to scam a business for a free meal. ;)
Overall, Irv's is a great place for a great meal for a decent price. I'm happy they finally modernized the deli. BUT, NOT happy with the "tiny" coffee mugs!! 2 sips of coffee and you're done! I'm sure it was done to not waste coffee, but when you are having a great breakfast, I want a great cup of coffee and not have to flag down the waitress every 5 mins for a refill!
I do not like the fact that the bacon and sometimes the scrapple is "deep fried"!!! Nothing worse than taking a bite with oil dripping from the sides of your mouth. Again, I'm sure it's done to expedite the order. Good food takes time to cook.
The staff is great with the exception of 1 waitress who is always moody. Other than those few exceptions, I would go back again.

Ordered a meal, there was an item in the dish.. ham slice .. that was BAD.. told the owner as well as the waitress.. was NOT offered a replacement.. they said it was fresh... My family had a restaurant for 40+ years-- I KNOW 1-when a item is going how it tastes and 2-if you want to keep customers.. the customer is always right! Will not go back
