Ripped Off By McDonald's in Oakhurst
When given a refund for food they did not supply to me, they failed to return the full amount. I have contacted them numberous times, filed a complaint with the Better Busniess Bureau (they aren't members which doesn't suprise me) and have contacted the McDonald's Corporation numberous times. The Oakhurst franchisee refuses, not only to return my money, but to even reply to my many complaints even though I have the reciepts showing their error. It is not about the small amount of money, but it is about their thinking they can take someone's money and ignore you because you are only one person and they are part of a large arrogant corporation. This will go on and on McDonald's, until you do the honest, eithical and legal thing.
