The owners of Pat’s Corner Cafe and Deli owned their first deli in Union, NJ in 1990, Preston’s Country Store. This deli was known for it fabulous homemade tuna and hot corned beef and pastrami sandwiches. Today they continue the tradition at Pat’s Corner Cafe using only the finest fresh ingredients.
