My family had to walk away from an extremely dissatisfying meal. Fortunately, for K-Bobs, You managed to still stick us with an $18.00 bill. The misses and I ordered chicken fried steaks (regular and Texas sized) with both coming with a trip to salad bar. Flag #1—The salad bar did not have salad. For that privilege we had to wait an additional 15 minutes. Flag #2—Reg. size was obviously a frozen patty and overcooked. Flag # 3—The Texas size was extremely over cooked. Flag # 4—When the waitress asked the customary question “How is everything?” I replied “Over cooked!” She disappeared for 15 minutes. Flag # 5—She said can I have the cook redo it? Let’s get serious folks. Do you really want a ticked off cook preparing a second chance? Out of hunger, 1/3 of the frozen patty was eaten and because of that we were charged that meal. Although we were compensated with the Texas size meal we were still charged for a salad w/meal. I will be shocked and/or amazed to hear a non automated response.
