I ordered 2 whopper meals one with everything and cheese one with only cheese. Meat cheese and bread.... yes that is how I ordered it to make sure it was clear. I got two whoppers with everything but cheese. Returned reordered then I got 2 whoppers with no cheese and nothing else in them... just bread and meat and also didn’t get one of my fries. Returned reordered again then they gave me a whopper with everything but cheese and another whopper with just meat and bread. Went back yet again and asked them just to slap cheese on both. I did not check the order again before I got home bc I figured if I returned again they would just spit in my food. So got home just to find a piece of cheese in a hot fries box. First of all both burgers were missing cheese not just one and the cheese was melted to the box so it was unusable any way. Just put cheese on that I had at home but then had to heat it up in the microwave so the cheese wasn’t cold compared to the burger but in fairness the burgers were pretty cold by the time I got home anyways. After I took it out of the microwave the cheese I used from home was melted but then the bun was hard so I basically ate the burger patty and my own cheese from home. The Dr. Peppers were gross bc the syrup obviously needed changing and no ice was in the drinks. I also asked for some ketchup twice and didn’t get that either. The only saving grace was that the fries were good. So basically I paid $20 for a burger that was wrong and a burger patty and some fries. This whole “adventure” took over a hour, to basically not get what I ordered and for me just to hand them $20. You would also think after the order was wrong SO MANY times that they give me something for free like nuggets or extra fries or something but NOPE! This has been the WORST experience I’ve had not only at Burger King but at any fast food place EVER! I had less trouble getting a correct order from Burger King in Japan when we didn’t even speak the same language!

long wait times, even when slow. food is cold most of the time when yoi finallu get it. place always smells like weed when i go in. half the time you have to wait for service because the employees are all off somewhete getting high.

This is a horrible establishment. I worked here for several months and had to quit...the managers were rude and overworked us; they are entitled and think that being a manager means they get to treat the employees like trash. I was bullied constantly by one employee and none of the managers would help me or say anything to her about it. There was a lot of favoritism. If you sucked up to the managers and they liked you, they would give you better jobs and cut you slack. Otherwise, you would be constantly yelled at and embarrassed in front of customers. They trained a new guy on the cash register right away even when I had been there longer, just because he flirted with one of the managers all the time and she had a crush on him. I was never trained on cash register in my whole time there. I had to do the same job almost every day I worked. I injured myself a couple times while working there and they honestly did not care, even discouraged me from going to the hospital for a serious injury. One of the managers, Raquel, was terribly mean to so many of the employees. She talked down to us and went out of her way to embarrass us in front of the customers. Then, a lot of the employees would mock the customers...and the managers joined in. They joked about spitting in people's food and they actually may have done it a couple times. I know they have alienated customers for being rude and unfriendly.
If you can, please, PLEASE do not support this Burger King! They mistreat the employees and if you are a customer, they do not care about you at all! The customer service is terrible and they will mock you behind your back. Please don't go to a restaurant where the service is terrible and the employees are abused and treated like trash. Do yourself a favor...go to the McDonald's across the street instead. They are friendly and do a great job.
