I was disappointed that the restaurant had no comment cards, and no manager to discuss this problem with, so I went home and pulled up the K-Bob website to report our experience-- and discovered that there is no place to do so. Apparently they don't want customer comments!
The good: The steak was good. The baked potato was good. The green beans were good.
The bad: I didn't order green beans, I ordered okra, which I did not get, even after I pointed it out to the server. My husband ordered a meal (including green beans). He got nothing-- no meal at all. The server said she didn't know what happened-- somehow his order wasn't on the ticket. I asked for a side of blue cheese-- I was finished with my dinner when the server finally brought it. The bill, when we got it, listed one steak, two green beans, one potato, one drink, one water. (We had ordered two steaks, green beans, okra, broccoli, baked potato, and two drinks.)
I might be able to say that the server was frazzled, but there were only three other tables occupied when we ordered, and only two more tables arrived after. There was one other server working, so ours was clearly not overloaded with work.
No apologies, no offer to make things right, no opportunity to give feedback to the manager, the restaurant, or the website. Sad.
