The food is good but the service is great. With the quality of service you receive here you don't mind leaving a tip of any percentage. Good old fashioned hospitality!!!

In 2005 we, we being me, my husband and daughter. We were just a few weeks a head of Katrina when we stopped in New Orleans and that night went to dinner at the Sassafras.
We had an awesome dinner,especially me because I had not been in the area for 41 years and I ate until I could barely walk, shrimp, crab, sweet potato pie and real ice tea. The food was out of this world and the service beyond great. Thank You for the memories!
Believe me for food and service you will love Sassafras!
